Very worst customer service. They charge 18% extra for gratuity. Which they never tell you before. The surver didn't respond most of the call. They told me soda is $1.50 each. But they charged $2.49 per can. When I asked. They said $1 is th tax. Never recomend this.

Overall, the food tasted fine. The lamb was cooked well + the rice seemed okay. With that being said, half of the menu was unavailable to eat. We tried ordering four different things before he pushed us into ordering the lamb. Kebab. The floor was sticky and the tables were way too small for the amount of people eating there. While we were there, the organization did not properly set someone's order aside + that led you to her waiting for a much longer time than she had. I disappeared as well. The only reason we got to check is because one of my party members went where this guy was cooking + expedited our checkout process. This place definitely has the potential to be good with the quality of the food and the niche it is trying to attack. With that being said, it is far from comfortable to sit and eat. I would only eat here if you were getting takeout and or prepared to eat only lamb kabob.

Have been coming here for years when they were at old location, they had excellent food Came last time to new location , it was just ok. Went last night. It was a disaster. Dirty plates dirty spoons, poor service, food was burnt !! Brought wrong order too. When told its burned to black he said oh let me take it back, never brought it back and proceeded to charge full for everything too. No apologies, no food replacement. WORST EXPERIENCE. Will never be returning. Its not the same, the food quality taste everything is gone

Wow! Food was so good! Doesn’t look like much outside (or inside currently), but wow was the food good. Little sticker shock, but the amount of food you get is worth the value considering the quality as well. I was disappointed they didn’t have any lamb available (I went after 10pm). I got the chicken Briyani platter. It wasn’t spicy (thankfully) and came with three chicken thighs, rice, and a very comforting soup. Some of the most tender chicken I’ve had in a while. I’ll have to come back some time for the lamb. Hopefully they work on the state of the inside/bathroom eventually. Will be back for the Lamb!

We recently visited Shish Kanab for dinner for the first time. The food at this restaurant was delicious and the portion sizes were generous, which I really appreciated. However, the environment was quite unhygienic and the cutlery was not clean, which was disappointing. They need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the place and their staff’s hygiene. If they improve on that, it could be a great dining experience overall.
